Kim O’Connor was born in Quebec, Canada. After studying in Visual Arts at the Cegep de Trois-Rivieres and getting a Certificate in Visual Arts at l’UQAM, she learned through word of mouth of Dawson College’s Illustration & Design. From there on her path was clear, Illustration was what she had been looking for. Her strengths are drawings of the human figure, sketching, inking and marker renderings. She also has a thing for storyboarding, advertising and children’s book. Her passions (besides drawing) include parrots, reading, computers and shoes.
